Starting off, Jessica was great scheduling me in quickly to get my problem resolved. When Jacob arrived, I was able to quickly walk him through the issues I was having and he got started on them right away. He gave me pointers and explained the electrical issues I was having. I will definitely be using Burkhardt again in the future!

I’ve had various maintenance, repair, and installations done by Burkhardt and have always been very happy with the service and I feel the prices are fair. Most recently my AC stopped working and Danny did a great job of tracking down and resolving the issues with the system. He was extremely courteous and did a great job of explaining the issues and our options at each step. Very happy with the end result.

Complex installation of a very large heat pump to replace our 25 year-old air conditioner today. The crew of two stayed with it, though, and at the end of the day, all was integrated with our thermostat and existing furnace, and the house was getting cool again. Nice job fellas!
My experience with this company was excellent. Being a "priority club member" with another company was going to get me an appointment for my issue in 5 weeks! Burkhardt was there to check out the situation the next day. The technician Brett, was not only knowledgeable, but was a pleasure to deal with. He was efficient, friendly, fixed the issue and gave me a few quotes for other areas of concern I had. I highly recommend Burkhardt.
The guys that came from Burkhardt were great! We needed help installing an outlet above our stove and they took care of it quickly. They also did a full inspection on our house to see if all our electrical was in good shape. They recommended some updates and said just to call and schedule whenever we felt ready, not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend Burkhardt to family and friends!
I was so pleased with the service of the Burkhardt Electric Team. Not only did they came same day, they were on time, very knowledgeable and thorough. They actually were able to fix a problem a different electrical company caused. A very nice bonus was that they respected my house by wearing boot covers. The price was also very reasonable.
We didn’t know what we needed for our ac. Jake came out same day; and it was a simple, quick fix. He was efficient, personable, friendly and very informative. My wife and I are new home owners. So, it was disappointing to hear that we’d need a new furnace and AC unit. Especially because we didn’t account for it. We are lucky to have called Burkhardt. Elliot, one of their sales reps, was able to set us up with a great financing package. When Troy and Andy (install team) showed up they worked diligently from 8 am to 3 pm to get the job done. All three guys were very professional. The install team left the place how they found it and were able to completely turn our new furnace around without any issues. Additionally, they worked to meet ALL of our little requests along the way. From our quote to install, everything took about a week and a half. An initially stressful situation was relieved by hiring the right crew. No need to look anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and call Burkhardt.

The crew of Mike, Dean, and Brett installed a new boiler in my 70-year-old house, It took them about 6 hours and they did a great job. They were clean courteous and very good at keeping me up to date on the progress. I would recommend Burkhardt to anymore needing this type of Service Performed.

I needed to replace my A/C Unit. The staff showed up on time and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They did a good job removing my old A/C Unit without leaving any mess. There was a small amount of cleanup necessary inside the house from parts that were from the old piping and the sawdust from drilling. This is not bothering me much. The staff were respectful and did a fantastic job.

Very pleased with the AC replacement from Burkhart. I found their technicians, Aaron, Dean, and Jacob, to be very knowledgeable and professional. Jacob had performed the troubleshooting on what was an extremely old AC unit on the roof of the condo complex. Elliot provided me with an accurate, good-faith estimate of the job. Aaron and Dean carried out the installation of the new AC and were able to complete the job in 6 hours despite the complexity of the installation.

Our air conditioner went out, so I called Burkhardt. I am very glad that I did. One of their representatives, Elliot, came out the same day I called to take a look at our air conditioner. He was very thorough in his assessment. When it looked like our best option was to replace the furnace and the air conditioner (both of our units were nearly 25 years old), he ran through multiple options for us and didn’t just try to sell us the most expensive option. Elliot was very trustworthy and we felt extremely comfortable with our options and the choice we made in the end. Elliot had a good sense of humor and we appreciated the fact that he treated us genuinely well, and was not just trying to make a sale. Because I had called on a Friday, the installation was going to be the next week, so Elliot took it upon himself to troubleshoot our air conditioner problem to try to get us through the very hot weekend. (He saw that we have 2 small children and he wanted to make sure we were as comfortable over the weekend as possible until we had our new appliances installed.) He even gave us his personal cellphone number and told us that if our a/c went out again over the weekend, he would walk us through the steps to get it working again. We were able to schedule an installation for our new furnace and air conditioner for the following week, which was great to get it taken care of so soon. The team that did the installation (Troy, Marc, and Joe) was fantastic as well – they showed up on time and were very respectful of the property. They finished earlier than anticipated and really left their working area just as if not cleaner than when they arrived. Troy, Marc, and Joe were all very personable and were able to answer my questions throughout the installation process. Overall, my wife and I are extremely happy with the service we received from the Burkhardt team. We strongly recommend them if you or anyone you know is having a heating or cooling issue.
